Parallax- Chapter 9

"Damn, that's serious."

officer, can I ask one of your suspects a question quick?

"What were they wearing?" the man asked one of the arrested.

"Black armor, I don't know what kind, but it had a dark mask too..."

*walks up to burr* the hell'd you do?

((Okay, I'm off for now. Ill get on when I'm home. About 4 hours...))

"I just shot back!" Erika said.

"Did they have visors, or armored masks?" The man asked.

"Armored masks... I've never seen armor like that either..."

'sounds familer for some reason' "how tall were they?"

"Normal height..."

"Was the armor slighly bulky, and absorb or deflect everything you hit it with, even if you shot at gaps?"

"That's it! Have you fought these people before?" on of them said.

"Looks like the doctor finally made some working Azuran Guardian's armor..." he said...

"sounds bad but hell more to kill"

Duma glared at the odd man

hmmm we'll see if we can get you help like a good lawyer or something....self defense is legal in this system right?

Duma whispers to john "y not make destraction?"

"Erm, no, not Guardian's armor, Defender's armor... But by trying to give it a deflection shield, it's break even easier than the real stuff..." he laughed.

*john whispers back* becuase that would get us into problems we dont need...we talk to chiyoko and them they should be able to get him out...legally

"Oh, officer, what are you going to do with them anyways?" he asked.

"Questioning to get as much information as possible, then we'll let them go. We know they were the ones being attacked..."

"I see... Carry on..." he began walking away...

"but I wanted to use a grenade" Duma sighed

....and thats now the stupidest thing you said all day...
well I suppose we don't have too look for a lawyer then duma....you know of a good place to stay?

The van had since left them...

The traffic had thinned out, and the police were leaving...

"shit"

well lets find somewhere open and ask about a place to stay....

"ok then"

...actually I think we need to find out more about that guy...
*pulls out the phone and tries calling keenly*

It rang a few times, "Hello?" she said. Loud weapons fire and arguing could be heard in the background...

shit, you guys need backup?

"Huh? Hold on... Damn it Blackout! Just grab the flag already! I've got you covered!! Hello?"
